To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Cryptocurrency trading.
Ensure to submit the required information to speed-up complaint resolution.Complaints beyond 30-working days will not be attended to, therefore have a proper resolution and closure on your complaints by at most five-working days.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App.
Amendments
We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on the App. The amended Terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
